Type of Chinese Tea: White Tea

• Origin: Fuding, Fujian Province, China.


• Introduction:This silver needle tea is the top grade white tea. It is brightly coloured and covered with tiny white hairs. In early spring the leaves are selected from tea buds which are undamaged and unopened. A special process is used to get the fresh leaves to mature properly with minimal oxidation.


• Dry leaves appearance: White teas exhibits a good amount of white fur on a healthy pale green leaf.


• Taste : Taste is sweet and mellow and has a long and pleasant aftertaste.


• Liquor:The liquor is pale yellow and thick, a sign that the tea comes from a healthy tree.


• Tea Storage: Keep the silver needle white tea in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.


• Tea Brewing: Put 1-3g of tea leaves into a teapot. Steep them with mountain spring water or mineral water for two to three minutes, then serve.
