Chinese Tea Description: The Ti Kuan Yin Tea leaves are heavy and have a curly shape, a shinning bright colour, white frost on the leaves surface, a golden and clear liquid colour, thick and fat leaves bottom, a fresh, sweet and mellow taste, a sweet and honey-flavoured after-taste, a long-lasting fragrance and a steep resistance. It is noted for its four characteristics, "Huo" (Live), "Gan"(Sweet), "Qing" (Clear) and "Xiang"(Fragrant).
Ti Kuan Yin Tea belongs the Wulong Tea category (Gongfu Tea), so it calls for careful steeping techniques. A pot of good quality tea always requires quality tea leaves, quality water, quality tea set and good steeping techniques. When steeping, one must properly control the usage, the water temperature, steeping time and other essential factors.

Tea Brewing Guide: After warming the tea set with boiling water, put in an appropriate amount of Ti Kuan Yin Tea (2-3 gms per person). Brew in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then serve.
