• About Jasmine pearl tea: The tea is hand-rolled green tea leaves. The rolled pearls are dried, and then blended with unopened night-blooming jasmine flowers. Over the course of a night, the flowers open and release their aroma into the tea, flavouring it and giving it the heady scent associated with the tea. The next morning, the flowers are removed and the operation is done all over again - up to six times for high-quality jasmine teas! • Origin: Jianshui, Yunnan, China.


• Taste: The taste is mellow, fresh and crispy. It also has a long lasting aroma.


• Liquor: Shinny and “greasy” greenish-yellow liquor has an excellent clarity. Fine hairs are floating on the surface of the liquor. The liquor is smooth and light weighted in the mouth.
