- Tea storage: Keep the green tea in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
- Tea brewing : We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot with 2 - 5 grams of tea leaves for every 225ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
