• About Pu erh Tea: Pu erh is renowned for its medicinal qualities. Unlike other teas, Pu erh's quality and taste improve with age. Its taste is often described as earthy but some very well aged Pu erh produce cups of incredibly smooth and wonderfully complex.

• Tea Brewing: To prepare Puer tea from tuocha, carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep one to two minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Pu erh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
