Logging in
If you have just registered with Tea Shop China, click on the 'continue' button to be directed to the homepage. If you are returning to Tea Shop China and already have an account, login using the login box on the left hand side of the screen. If you need to create an account please see the 'how to get started' section above.
Language
On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a box titled 'languages'. You may choose from English, Chinese or Japanese.
Currency selection
On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a box titled 'currencies'. Please select your preferred currency from the drop down menu.
Shopping
You can navigate your way around the site clicking on departments and categories. These have been designed to make your shopping experience quick, easy and enjoyable. If you see a product that you like scrolling across the product showcase at the bottom of the your screen, click on it to learn more about it. Similarly, if you would like further information on any of the specials displayed, click on it to learn more.
When viewing a product you may click on 'reviews' to see additional information and comments.
Email Orders
If you do not wish to use our online process to make a purchase we can process your order for you. If you would like to do this please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. Your name and delivery address.
2. Details of the products and quantity you would like to purchase.
3. Name on your Visa or MasterCard.
4. Expiry date of your credit card.
In a separate email send us your credit card number. This will provide additional security for your credit card information.
Search
If you are looking for something in particular enter the word or words in the search box on the top left of your screen. Choose 'advanced search' to carry out a more detailed search.
Your shopping cart
If you would like to add a product to your shopping cart, click on the 'add to cart' button, located below the product. It will now be added to your shopping cart and you can continue to browse and add items until you are ready to check out. You may select to 'continue shopping' or 'checkout' using the buttons at the bottom of the page. The number of items in your shopping cart is displayed on the right of the screen, in the 'shopping cart' box at all times. You are able to change the quantity of a product you have added to your cart by entering the quantity and then selecting the 'update' button at the bottom left of your screen.
Removing items from your shopping cart
You are able to remove items from your shopping cart at any time before you complete the check out process. If you want to remove an item open your shopping cart and tick the box next to the product or products you wish to remove. Next select the 'update' button at the bottom left of your screen. You may remove as many products at one time as you wish.
Checking out
The checking out process begins by opening your shopping cart and selecting the 'Checkout' button at the bottom right of the screen.
Check that the delivery address as shown is correct. If you want your order shipped to a different delivery address you may enter that now by selecting the 'Change Address' button.
Now select 'continue' and select your method of payment. If you are using a credit card complete the required fields. If you are paying by check/cheque print a copy of your Order Confirmation page and send it with your check/cheque.
If you have any money in your Gift Certificate account it will be shown here. You may apply this in part or full payment of your order by entering the amount that you would like to use. If you have any funds in your Mydollaz account this will also be shown here and maybe applied towards your purchase by entering the amount you would like to use. If you have any Promotional Vouchers enter the code in the box shown and the applicable discount will be deducted.
The 'Add comments about your order' maybe used to add any comments or special instructions.
Once again select 'continue' to complete the checking out process. This will take you to the final confirmation page. Please double check that all the details here are correct. When you are completely happy with your order, select the 'confirm order' button at the bottom of the page. Please only click the 'confirm order' button one time and allow a few moments for this to be processed. This will be followed by an order confirmation page. Your order has now been submitted and processing will begin. Please remember that once your order has been shipped, you are no longer able to cancel it. You may view the status of any of your orders by logging in and going to 'My Account'.
DELIVERY
We can ship goods to most places in the world. Delivery in most cases will be by China Post and will take between 10 - 15 days depending on your location. Some heavier orders may be shipped by DHL. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is FREE on all orders over US$50. A charge of US$5 will be applied to orders under US$50 (or equivalent in other currencies).
