Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyer, solely, accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason , and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold Tea Shop China Limited liable for such packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be be delivered to their destination.

Any Tea Shop China account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud and is subject to the Business Consumer Act of 1993. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. Tea Shop China reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.

PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Tea Shop China. You will be charged in the currency which you have chosen to shop. Tea Shop China reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order. Delivery is FREE on all orders over US$50. A charge of US$5 will be applied to orders under US$50 (or equivalent in other currencies).

SHIPPING

We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. All our items are professionally packed for safe international delivery. You may also request that your order be gift wrapped. We ship most products by postal airmail. This usually takes between 10 and 15 days depending on the delivery service in the destination country. Heavy orders may be sent by DHL. We do not deliver to Postal Boxes or Private Bag addresses.

We normally ship our products within three business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Our products are delivered with free insurance when you purchase from Tea Shop China. In the highly unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund - the choice is yours.

Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.

PAYMENT

Payment options provided by Tea Shop China are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Check/Cheque, Mydollaz and Gift Certificates. Your Visa or MasterCard account will be billed when you confirm your order.

Checks (cheques) can be either personal or bank draft, and are to be made payable to: 'Tea Shop China Limited' in the currency of your country. Please post to our address. All cheques will require to be 'cleared' by the bank before goods can be dispatched. This may require 10-15 days.

Under no circumstances are Mydollaz� or Gift Certificates redeemable for cash. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate, the appropriate account will be credited with the value of the item purchased in the currency of the original gift certificate. CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO MYDOLLAZ� OR GIFT CERTIFICATES.

RETURNS POLICY

If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim must be filed with Tea Shop China within 30 days from receipt of goods. Email details of your claim to [email protected]. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.

The following options will be made available:

Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate Tea Shop China account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase.
Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased with Mydollaz or Gift Certificates the customer Mydollaz or Gift Certificate account will be credited).
