| Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). There are currently four different value certificates to choose from NZ$25, NZ$50, NZ$75 and NZ$100. If you are shopping in a currency other than New Zealand dollars these certificates will be converted to an equivalent value in your chosen currency.
When you purchase a Gift Voucher you will be given the choice of delivery options between EMAIL MYSELF or PRINT AND POST WITH CARD. Returning customers ( logged in with their password ) who select the EMAIL MYSELF option wil have the value of the Gift Voucher credited to their personal Gift Voucher Account. To send the Gift Voucher by email follow the instructions under "How to send a Gift Voucher by email". New customers (who have not yet created a password) will be provided with a Gift Voucher code on completion of their purchase. You should keep a record of this code and you can email it to the person you wish to gift it to. During the checkout process you will be asked for a delivery address. For the EMAIL MYSELF option use this for your billing address.
If you select the PRINT AND POST WITH CARD option we will print a Gift Voucher and send it with a gift card to the stated delivery address. For this option remember to add your card message when checking out. |
