If already have a customer account, you should login, and then click on the "My Account" page and enter the Gift Voucher redemption code at the bottom. This will deposit the funds into your account for future use.

To use the funds in your Gift Voucher Account follow the instructions under "Using funds in your Gift Voucher Account"

You may apply your Gift Voucher directly towards a purchase instead of redeeming it into your Gift Voucher Account. If you would prefer to do this then follow the instructions shown under "Apply a Gift Voucher towards a purchase".
