• About blooming tea: Blooming teas are also called blossoming tea in China because of their unique appearance, splendid infusion display and the lingering flower scent mixed with green tea flavour. • Origin: Fuding, Fujian Province, China.


• Product description: This high-grade blossoming tea has been gently tied together and lightly dried shortly after cultivation. Once the flower bud is met with near-boiling water the leaves slowly blossom open to beautiful Jasmine flowers sitting on a tray of green tea leaves. The resulting flavour is delicate and fresh.


• Herbal tea benefits: Thanks to both the green tea and various natural flowers, blossoming tea has many health benefits such as delaying the ageing of cells, whitening the skins, improving immunity and aiding digestion etc.


• Preparation: Use one blooming tea blossom per glass of near-boiling water. Place the blossom in the cup and then pour in the water. Drink from the same glass or decant the liquid once the blossoming has finished and the colour has started to change (usually it is ready the moment the water feels safe to drink!). Pour in new boiling water gently again to re-infuse the tea blossom.


• Tea storage: Keep the blossoming tea in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
