• Origin: Xiaguan, Dali City, Yunnan Province, China.


• About Pu erh Tea: Tuocha belongs to Pu erh tea. Unlike other teas, Pu erh's quality and taste improve with age. Its taste is often described as earthy but some very well aged Pu erh produce cups of incredibly smooth and wonderfully complex.


• Product description: Recognised as one of the finest Yunnan tuocha in the market amongst avid tea drinkers. It has a fresh and smooth taste with a long-lasting fragrance. Its tea leaves are carefully handpicked and compressed into tiny shapes of round balls for easy preparation. There are 12 mini Tuocha per packet.


• Health benefits: The Yunnan tuocha is purported to reduce blood cholesterol. It is also widely believed in Chinese cultures to counteract the unpleasant effects of heavy alcohol consumption. In traditional Chinese medicine, the tea is believed to invigorate the spleen and the stomach. It also contributes to weight loss.


• Tea Storage: Keep the tea in a cool and dry place, sunlight will help to mature the tea. The longer it is stored the better the flavour and the more valuable it becomes!


• Tea Brewing: To prepare this tea, place one in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep one to two minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. The Yunnan tuocha can be steeped 10-20 times.
